Returns and Refunds

Returns and exchanges will be accepted on products that are in their original condition. Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a full refund or send a substitute (no additional charge) from 10 days from receipt of goods, buyer does however pay for costs involved in return shipping. Please email us at Handmaidsglobalcollection@gmail.com, prior to return of goods so we are aware of your requirement and will provide you with return address.

Because our fabrics are crafted using traditional hand block printing techniques and natural dyes, they may exhibit subtle variations in color and pattern which are not considered defects (unless specified as imperfect item), but rather enhance the unique character and charm of each handmade piece.
